Delivery with The Green Team Store
We want to make sure your order reaches you quickly and securely, so we’ve outlined everything you need to know about our shipping process below.
Order Cutoff Times:
We process orders placed by 9 PM from Sunday to Thursday for next-day dispatch.
Here’s how it works:
If you order by 9 PM on Sunday, your package will be dispatched on Monday.
If you place an order by 9 PM on Thursday, it will be shipped on Friday.
Please keep in mind that we do not ship on Saturdays, so orders placed after 9 PM on Thursday will be dispatched the following Monday.

We’re working on improving our logistics and will soon introduce updated cutoff times for same-day dispatch, so stay tuned!
Shipping Options via Royal Mail:
We offer several shipping options to fit your needs, all delivered via Royal Mail:
1st Class:
Please allow between 1 to 5 days for delivery, depending on your location. For security reasons (OPSEC), we dispatch from different locations each day, so the delivery timeframe may vary.
Tracked 24:
Expect your package to arrive the next day in most cases, offering reliable, swift delivery.
Tracked 48:
Delivery takes between 2 to 3 days, making it a great balance between speed and value.
Special Delivery by 1PM (SD 1PM):
Guaranteed next-day delivery by 1 PM, providing the highest priority and tracking visibility.
Delayed Orders and Tracking:
In the rare event your order is delayed, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us. Include your order number, and we’ll happily track your package if it was shipped using a tracked service. Please note that tracking details are only provided in case of an issue with the delivery.
Reshipping Policy:
We take pride in ensuring your order gets to you, but in case of delivery problems, we’ve got you covered:
For orders shipped with Tracked 24, Tracked 48, or SD 1PM, we offer a 100% reshipment if your package fails to arrive. Unfortunately, we cannot reship if the issue is related to an incorrect delivery address or if tracking confirms the package as delivered.
For 1st Class orders, reshipment is handled on a case-by-case basis, and we may offer a 50% reshipment based on your order history with us.

To avoid delays and ensure your package is dispatched as quickly as possible, please make sure to place your orders before our 9 PM cutoff time. This will help us get your order processed and shipped without any hitches.
