How to make the order?
You can order anything from our menu directly on our website.
Select required products, choose convenient payment method and proceed with payment, just like you would order anything online.
Do you accept bank transfers?
We are now accepting bank transfers for orders over £25, proceed with your order as normal and choose bank transfer option at checkout. Once your order has been completed drop message us on telegram or via email with your order number and we will provide you with the bank details to make the transfer. If you have provided us with your contact details we will send you the details for the transfer within 1 hour during customer service hours.
How can I pay for the order?
Although we accept bank transfers, cryptocurrency is always the preferred method and is 5% cheaper.
We accept Bitcoin (BTC), Monero (XMR), Litecoin (LTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), Dogecoin (DOGE) and Tron (TRX)
After making the order you will be provided with a wallet address and order price where you need to transfer the funds to pay for the order.
I’ve never used crypto, where do I start?
We highly recommend Wirex, they offer mobile payments services with both fiat and digital currencies
It is a broker exchange, meaning that it sells you bitcoin or crypto from reserves under its control.
There are other exchanges like Coinbase an Binance, Crypto.com that are also really easy to use, we have an informative video on our info section to guide you.
How does it work?
Just sign up to any trustworthy platform and follow the process, in no time you will be able to buy crypto with your credit card or bank transfer.
Once you have bought the crypto, and the funds are available in your wallet, you will be able to pay for your order.
There are many helpful tutorials on all these platforms to guide you if you have any issues.
Which crypto should I use?
BTC has very high fees at times, we recommend using Litecoin (LTC) or Monero (XMR), but the choice is yours.
How can I make my transaction anonymous from the exchange?
If you want to add a layer of anonymity to your transaction, you would transfer your funds that you bought on the exchange to an external wallet then and make your purchase from there.
Bitget or Exodus are great Web3Wallets. Just remember to save your seed!
Am I eligible to order?
We can accept your order only if you are 18+ years old and live in the UK.
How do I order if I live outside UK?
Delivery is possible within UK only and it’s not possible to make international delivery.
What shipping options do you provide?
We offer Royal Mail Special Delivery 1PM, Tracked 24, Tracked 48 and Royal Mail 1st Class.
Can you assure me that my package will arrive?

What are your cut-off times?
Our cut off is 9PM for next day post!
Order by 9PM Sunday we will ship Monday, our last cut off for the week is Thursday 9PM for Friday post, we don’t post on Saturdays.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Following our cut off guidelines, SD will be delivered Next Day, 1st Signed, 1-4 days 1st Class 2-5 days USUALLY.
We post from different locations daily for OPSEC reasons and delays can occur occasionaly especially with 1st Class Mail!
Will my order fit through my letterbox?
98% of orders fit through standard sized letterboxes, except for larger orders.
Will I have to sign?
You will only have to sign for your order if you select Royal Mail Special Deilvery 1PM Option, Tracked 24, Tracked 48 and Royal Mail 1st Class do not require signature 95% of orders will fit through your letterbox.
What happens if my order doesnt arrive?
If you choose Royal Mail SD, Tracked 24 option and your order doesn’t arrive you will be given a 100% reship or refund.
1st Class orders we ask for 20 days before considering anything lost. 1st Class reships are on a case by case basis.
Can you provide tracking number for my order?

I’m ordering 1st Class, is there tracking?
1st Class orders are posted in the postboxes, there is no tracking, Royal Mail are extremely efficient and our stealth is sublime. We post a big a LOT of orders with a 99% success rate. Feel free to drop us a message after 7 days if your order hasn’t shown and we will be glad to help.
How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be sent completely sealed, with no smell in 4 layers of stealth and decoys.
All orders have the size of a 1st Class Large Letter and will like any regular post.
Can you guarantee that I will not be scammed?

How do you confirm that my payment is received?
Once your payment has been made, and order status shows as paid, you can be sure the order has been received by us!
How do you confirm that my order is sent?
You will be notified that your order has been sent once we take the order off line, and onto our packing and posting operation, we will then get it prepared to be posted out to you the following day.
