1. General Terms
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Site after such changes will signify your acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years old to use this website and make purchases. By using this Site and placing an order, you confirm that you meet the age requirement. We do not knowingly collect or sell products to individuals under the age of 18.

3. Order Processing and Shipping
Order Cutoff Times: All orders placed by 9 PM (Sunday through Thursday) are shipped the following day.
– Orders placed by 9 PM on Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
– Orders placed by 9 PM on Thursday will be shipped on Friday.
– Please note: We do not ship on Saturdays.

We are working on updating our order cut-off times to offer same-day dispatch in the near future.

Shipping Methods: All orders are shipped via Royal Mail, and we offer the following shipping

options:
– 1st Class: Typically arrives within 1-5 days. Please note that we post from different locations for security (OPSEC) reasons, so delivery times may vary.
– Tracked 24: Usually arrives the next day.
– Tracked 48: Typically arrives within 2-3 days.
– Special Delivery by 1 PM (SD 1PM): Guaranteed next-day delivery by 1 PM.

4. Order Tracking and Delays
We aim to provide a seamless delivery experience, but in case of delays, please contact us with your order number. If your order includes tracking, we will check the status of the shipment and provide assistance as needed. Please note that we only provide tracking details if there is an issue with the order.

5. Reship Policy
At The Green Team, customer satisfaction is a priority. We understand that shipping issues may occur, and our reship policy is designed to ensure your order reaches you:
– 100% Reship: We offer a 100% reshipment on orders shipped via Tracked 24, Tracked 48, and SD 1PM that do not arrive. This is contingent on the shipment not being marked as delivered and no issues with the provided delivery address.
– No Reship: We are unable to reship any orders where:

– The tracking information shows the order as “delivered.”

– There is an issue with the delivery address provided by the customer.
– 1st Class Orders: For orders shipped via 1st Class, reshipments are assessed on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a 50% reshipment depending on your history with us and the nature of the issue.

We encourage customers to place their orders in a timely manner and within the specified cutoff

times to avoid delays. Please also ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate.

6. Product Usage
All products sold on The Green Team are intended for personal use only. Our products are not intended for resale or any other purposes not disclosed during the purchase process. By purchasing from us, you accept full responsibility for how the products are used after purchase.

7. Health Disclaimer
– The products sold on this Site are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. All information provided on our Site is for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice.

– The Green Team does not guarantee any specific outcomes from the use of our products. Any effects experienced by customers may vary.

8. Cancellations and Changes to Orders
Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, we cannot guarantee that cancellations or modifications can be made. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is shipped.

9. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, The Green Team does not accept returns. Refunds are not provided unless a legitimate issue with the product or shipping arises and is confirmed by our team. Please contact us with any concerns, and we will work to resolve the issue in line with our policies.

10. Product Availability and Pricing
All prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items available to any customer or order. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders affected by such errors.

11. Limitation of Liability
By using this Site and purchasing from The Green Team, you acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages that result from the use of our products or inability to use our products.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
